A second voice in the hard conversations.
Six or twelve month coaching with Ken or Grace. One leader. One method.
The work that doesn't happen on a stage.
The conversations a keynote can't enter.
The conversation you keep postponing
The one with your co-founder, your board, your direct report.
A plan, an opening line, and the words for the part you have been avoiding.
Feedback you have been rewriting six times
The performance message that has been sitting in drafts.
The actual sentences. Delivered live, in a safe room first.
The boundary at home you keep walking past
Coaching travels with you. The patterns at work are usually the patterns at home.
One place you stop walking past it. Then the next one.
Accountability between the sessions
A plan you carry into the next real conversation, and someone holding you to it.
Momentum you can feel, and the next thing to work on.
"Ken and Grace are doing something rare. They are teaching leaders how to say the thing that needs to be said, and how to receive it without breaking the room."
How coaching unfolds.

Common questions.
How long are sessions?
Sixty minutes each. Some clients add a fifteen-minute mid-week check-in for the chapters that need it.
Is it remote or in-person?
Both. Most sessions are remote. Quarterly in-person sessions are included in the twelve-month engagement.
Who do you typically coach?
Founders, CEOs, presidents, and senior leaders sitting inside a chapter that doesn't move on its own.
What if it's not a fit?
The discovery call tells us. If we're not the right coach, we'll tell you who is.
