Why do you ask for my email?

So we can send your results, and so you can log back in to retake it later. Your email also opens a short series that follows the Assessment, with videos and lessons that walk you deeper into the work.

Can my team take it together?

Yes. Pre-work for every workshop and offsite begins with each participant taking the Assessment. We use the team data to shape the room.

What do my scores mean?

Your scores are your current ability to deliver and receive real communication. They show where you're starting from and your opportunity for growth. The full interpretation arrives with your results, including the Wall you default to.

How much does a workshop cost?

Scope and investment are shaped on the discovery call, based on your team size, format, and travel. We share clear numbers before anyone signs.

How many people can attend?

Half-day intensives work best up to 40 people. Smaller leadership team formats (under 12) get a more intimate intensive.

Yes. We are based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and travel for engagements throughout the U.S. and internationally.

What is the Pursuit of Honesty Assessment?

A free 10-minute Assessment that gives you two numbers: your openness score and your honesty score. The distance between them is where the work begins.

How long are sessions?

Sixty minutes each. Some clients add a fifteen-minute mid-week check-in for the chapters that need it.

Is it remote or in-person?

Both. Most sessions are remote. Quarterly in-person sessions are included in the twelve-month engagement.

Who do you typically coach?

Founders, CEOs, presidents, and senior leaders sitting inside a chapter that doesn't move on its own.

What if it's not a fit?

The discovery call tells us. If we're not the right coach, we'll tell you who is.

Fees scale with format, audience size, and travel. Send us your event details and we will come back with a number inside 24 hours.

Do you travel internationally?

Yes. We are based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and travel domestically and internationally for engagements.

Can both Ken and Grace speak?

Yes. Joint keynotes and breakouts are available, including panel formats where they take different positions on the same question.

How early do we need to book?

Earlier is better. Six to nine months out for keynotes at large conferences. Inside-90-day requests are sometimes possible.
